As part of the new 30 month plan-making process, local planning authorities need to manage multiple concurrent activities to prepare for Gateway 1:
project initiation and management
publish a timetable
scoping activities
assessment of evidence requirements
These activities flow into the next phases of policy drafting, consultation and examination.
What we wanted to learn
Some ideas we wanted to explore:
How might we support team leaders to monitor progress of multiple activities?
How might we make it easy for users to navigate between different concurrent activities?
